Understand Money isn't Happiness

Studies show that people with more money are generally happier than people with less. However, apparently that doesn't mean your happy overall. Check out this article.

Basically it boils down to, happiness is in the mind. If you think you are well off enough and things are going your way, your going to be happy dispite your income. If all you can think about is how much better off you want to be than your parents or your friends, happiness is turns into a needle in a haystack and only a few will ever find it again.

well, heres the thing...the phrase is quite old. its from times when the world was way smaller (less populated) and everyone was rich (or at least, sufficiently well).
so, i can argue that in todays world...money is happiness. ok, agreed...might not be 100% of it, but money does contribute to about 75% of it. think about it.

then again, thats just my opinion.
